Along my 12 years yoga teaching journey , I’ve realized that hands-on work can feel uncertain or even intimidating when it’s only approached as technique. I went through all the phases and have trained extensively with many high level world known teachers like David Kyle, David Swenson and Manju Jois.
It’s easy to learn where to place your hands, but much harder to understand why, when to do it, or how to adapt to the person in front of you.
Through teaching, assisting, and working with different bodies over time, I started to see that real understanding comes from experience — from observing, trying, adjusting, and refining in real situations.
This training is my way of sharing that process with you.
It’s practical, interactive, and built around real application, so you can connect what you see with what you feel — and learn how to support others with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

Training Overview
A 20-hour, small-group training focused on helping you become more confident and effective with hands-on adjustments in Surya Namaskar and Standing Asanas.
Most teachers learn adjustments as techniques to memorize.
This training is designed to help you understand, apply, and adapt them in real time.
Through hands-on clinics and live class integration, you’ll develop the ability to read bodies more clearly, make better decisions as a teache and apply adjustments with precision and intention
All within a real teaching environment, not just a training setting.
This module is part of the 200-hour Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training by ORIA, with a limited number of external spots open for certified teachers looking to deepen their practice and gain practical experience.
