Participation Agreement & Terms
Thank you for your interest in the 200h Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training 2026 in Puerto Rico.
We want your experience to be clear, honest, and free of surprises.
This page contains our Participation Agreement covering payments, plans, cancellations, conduct policies, certification, and safety.
Please read it carefully.
By ticking the acceptance box and making your payment, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
1. About Manuel Oria LLC
Manuel Oria LLC provides yoga instruction, physical training, and continuing education through classes, workshops, private sessions, intensives, and teacher trainings in Puerto Rico, the U.S., and internationally.
These offerings are delivered with care, intention, and the goal of sharing yoga in a way that is accessible, empowering, and respectful of each participant’s process.
At the same time, our services operate within a commercial framework; clear agreements and mutual understanding are important.
2. What Your Enrollment Includes
By enrolling in the 200h Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training 2026, you receive:
Unlimited membership at Ashtanga Yoga Puerto Rico while you are enrolled in the course.
Full upfront payment = the full 6 months.
Payment plan = membership valid only until the month you have paid for.
All educational modules with Manuel Oria and the ORIA team.
One-year access to Oria Training Essentials.
One professional coaching call with Manuel Oria within one year.
Lifetime access to the training’s exclusive chat.
Not included: accommodation, meals, flights, transportation, additional course materials, or extracurricular activities.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Full Payment:
You may pay the entire training in one payment:
Private pre-sale (available for 2 weeks only): $2,995
Regular price: $3,295
Payment Plan:
Initial deposit: $395 (non-refundable).
Recurring plan: $517/month for 6 months.
Billing dates: first charge on March 8, 2026, then on the 8th of each month through August 8, 2026.
Total: $395 + 6×$517 = $3,497.
The deposit secures your spot and partial access to Oria Training Essentials.
Cancelling your payment plan:
You must notify us in writing at manueloria1@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next payment to cancel your subscription.
If you do not notify, the next payment will be processed.
Payments made per module are non-refundable.
Spots are non-transferable to other people.
4. Training Period & Re-Enrollment
You have up to two years to complete the training from your start date.
If you wish to rejoin within that period, you must take a re-entry test (one attempt).
If you do not pass, you must take make-up modules.
5. Certification
To obtain the official certification for the 200h Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training, you must:
Pass the written exam.
Complete all quizzes and submit all required assignments.
Pass the practical exam.
You will have two years to apply for graduation.
Practical exams taken outside the training period will incur an additional fee of $75.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:
Any form of sexual harassment.
Substance use or intoxication during sessions.
Smoking on the premises.
Breaches of confidentiality.
Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward the teacher, staff, or peers.
Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
By participating in a class, training, or session with Manuel Oria, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and accept full responsibility for your health and well-being. You understand that:
Yoga and physical training can result in injury even with proper guidance.
These offerings are not a substitute for medical care or mental health support.
It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before participating, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries.
By participating, you release and hold harmless Manuel Oria and Manuel Oria LLC from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise during your participation.
8. Intellectual Property & Recording
All content shared during classes, lectures, workshops, and training sessions—live, recorded, written, visual, or spoken—is the intellectual property of Manuel Oria LLC and may not be copied, distributed, sold, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Recording of sessions (video or audio) is allowed only for personal use under the following conditions:
The material remains private and is not shared publicly on any platform (including social media, YouTube, messaging apps, or file-sharing services).
It is not used to create derivative works, courses, trainings, or content for resale or redistribution.
It does not include other participants without their explicit consent.
Manuel Oria LLC reserves the right to revoke permission to record at any time.
Violation of these terms may result in removal from the training without refund and/or legal action.
9. Use of Images & Recordings for Promotion
By participating in any class, training, workshop, or event hosted by Manuel Oria LLC, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during the session.
These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and future training content.
By attending, you grant Manuel Oria LLC the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, and publish your image, voice, or likeness in any recorded media without compensation.
If you do not wish to be recorded or featured, it is your responsibility to inform us in writing before the start of the session and position yourself outside the camera’s view.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy.
When you register for an event or training, we collect basic personal information such as your name, email, and (if relevant) payment details.
We use this information to:
Communicate with you about offerings, bookings, or events.
Send newsletters if you have subscribed.
Process payments securely.
We do not share your information with third parties.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting manueloria1@gmail.com.
