I’m beyond excited to announce the 2026 200-Hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Puerto Rico! This is the very training that changed my own life and inspired me to start teaching.

Dates: March 8 to August 9, 2026 / Weekend format: 6 modules over 6 months (meeting only Saturdays & Sundays)

Location: Ashtanga Yoga Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico
